The Contracts/Licenses lets you list and track agreements with vendors. You can use this system for reminders when contracts come up, or to view invoices or other documentation you associate with the record.
If you click or tap on a line-item, you can see more details without having to open it
The open icon on the right, and the add button, will let you edit and add new records.
Record Screen
The record requires a name, status, start date, and Vendor. You can manage the available contract statuses from Contracts/POs | Contract Statuses
In addition, you can provide a contract number, end date, frequency and any notes. If you provide an end date, the billing email on file will get a email reminder 7 days before each frequency.
Vendors
Near the bottom, you can search for and add vendors. You can also provide a vendor PO number. If the vendor you want is not found in the list, you will be given an option to add a new one right there.
Attachments
You can attach files, such as invoices, screenshots, or other documents here as well. Be aware that attachments here do count towards you subscription storage limit.
