You subscription, payment method, and past invoices can all be accessed from Settings | Billing

Payment Methods

TicketSlate uses Stripe to process your payments, we do not store your credit card or banking information. To view or change your payment method on file with Stripe, click the Update Payment Method/Account button at the top of the billing page

This will take you to Stripe's customer portal where you can change your information for future payments.

Account Status

The top of the billing page also shows you your current license usage, storage used, and the amount and date of your next bill

Subscriptions

Below your account status is your current license subscription with TicketSlate (if any). Here you can change your license quantity, pick a different plan, or cancel your subscription.

If you pick a new license quantity from the drop down. You'll see a new button to preview your charges if you choose to change to that quantity.

Also, if you choose to switch plans, you'll see a popup asking you which plan to change to. Here you can change your current plans billing frequency (monthly/yearly) or you can also downgrade or upgrades plans.

With either option, in addition to canceling a subscription, you'll be sent to a new page previewing the change you picked. This screen will show what will be due, or owed back, with an option to accept the changes, or go back.

If the change you are making costs more, the payment for the difference is charged right away to the payment method on file with Stripe.

If you are downgrading your subscription. Any balance due from the remaining time of your plan will get applied to your future invoice(s).

If you are canceling your subscription completely. You'll receive a refund back to the original invoice(s) that made up your current plan. Please note that if you changed plans recently before canceling, you might see multiple refunds which will in total add up to a full refund.

All charges as refunds are prorated. So for example if you cancel a monthly plan 3 weeks in, you'll get about a weeks worth of credit back.

Invoice History

Finally at the bottom of the page is your past invoices. Click the open link icon on the right of the invoice to view the invoice on Stripe's website.
