If you have permissions to receive/process tickets (an agent), then your main screen will be the Dashboard

The top of the screen gives you a button to create a New Ticket

The first card in the dashboard is a short list of your active tickets. These are tickets that have not been closed and are either submitted by/for you, or assigned to you
