Creating A Ticket

You can create a new ticket from the Tickets screen or the Dashboard (for users with access to a dashboard)

Pick A Category

The first thing you need to do when creating a new ticket is pick a category. Categories may be grouped into departments depending on your organization's settings.

For new tickets, you'll be required to fill in a brief description of your problem and a more detailed description of your problem.

Clicking the "Save & Close" button on top will submit the ticket and notify any Owner(s) assigned to that category. You'll be then taken back to the Tickets search screen.
